Meet Jim Myrick
As a son of a military officer, Jim found himself moving over 11 times prior to the age of 18 including 6 different states and 3 different countries. The first time he got to make his own decision on place to live, he packed his bags and moved to San Jose which has been his home since 1984.
At age 20, Jim obtained his Real Estate Salesperson License and by age 24 he was in the Top 5 of one of Cornish and Carey Real Estate Offices. Cornish and Carey was the Largest Real Estate Company in the San Francisco Bay Area in the Mid 80′s. Jim continued a successful path that lead him to ownership of his own company which he eventually merged into the office that he currently runs as the Sales Manager.
Jim finds himself very entrenched in the local Real Estate community and his own neighborhood specifically the Almaden and Willow Glen areas where he has lived for over 20 years. As the father of two teenagers he can be found attending a soccer and a Lacrosse Game or coaching a basketball game which he has done for over 10 years.
His wife of 18 years is very understanding with Jim’s love affair with the water. Enjoying swimming, surfing and boating, Jim is never to far from the ocean.
Jim Myrick’s purpose is found in his love of his family and community making sure that his actions are in line with their success.
